4. Diagnostics & Consultations

Diagnostics, consultations, and evaluations:

• Are not discovery calls or sales calls

• Do not constitute professional advice (legal, financial, accounting, or HR)

• Are provided to assess fit, readiness, and feasibility

WhiteGate AI reserves the right to:

• Decline engagements

• End discussions without explanation

• Refuse service where alignment does not exist

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

WhiteGate AI shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.
