We plan, we build, we launch
If the first application is not yet clear, we identify users, information sources and priorities through an AI Transformation Plan with a separate scope and fee. If the need is clear, we prepare the application scope and proposal directly.
We test the approved application with real work examples, prepare the required access and user guide, and launch it with the team for daily use.
What happens at delivery?
The working application, connections, user access, real-work trials, user guide and initial support boundaries defined in the proposal are delivered. Further maintenance and new applications are agreed separately.
