WhiteGate designs and builds custom software, automation and AI systems to address operational bottlenecks.

Our goal is to deliver usable, sustainable systems that connect to your existing way of working.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You may not:

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt systems.
• Abusing usage limits or preventing other users from accessing the Service.
• Send malicious code or spam.
• Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating someone else.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access that violates these conditions.

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for protecting your login details. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know: security@whitegate.studio.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

For paid services, scope, delivery, payment and acceptance criteria are specified separately in the proposal or contract.

Cancellation and refund conditions follow the written scope in the relevant proposal or contract.

Unless stated otherwise, the terms covering the scope of delivered work, source code, design and documentation are defined in the project contract.

Your data is processed only to provide the Service and fulfill the agreed scope.

Maintenance, monitoring and support scope for live systems is defined separately.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party services, network problems or events beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• Liability limits are assessed according to the relevant contract and applicable law.

You use the service at your own discretion and risk; it is designed for teams familiar with technical environments.

You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be suspended if the terms are violated or the service is misused.

Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted under these terms end.

We may update these terms from time to time.

Important changes are communicated through an appropriate channel.

Continuing to use the Service after updates means you accept the new terms.
